Year 4 Teacher – Full-time, daily supply from as soon as possible
These flexible opportunities are ideal for Year 4 Teachers who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different primary school settings in Brackley and the surrounding areas.
Duties as Year 4 Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress
- Assess and monitor pupil attainment, providing feedback and support
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and adapt learning activities
- Manage behaviour effectively and promote a respectful learning culture
- Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times
Ideal Year 4 Teacher:
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Has recent experience teaching in KS2, ideally Year 4
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and adaptability
- Is confident delivering the national curriculum and supporting varied learning needs
- Has a clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
