Job description

We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a friendly and supportive early years setting, starting in November 2025 and continuing until the end of the academic year.

A welcoming and ambitious school where pupils feel safe, supported, and eager to learn. Staff set high expectations and prioritise well-being, helping children develop strong learning behaviours from the early years onward. Pupils engage actively in lessons and enjoy a wide range of enriching experiences that broaden their academic and cultural horizons.

Duties as an Early Years Educator:

 

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children in the early years

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care

Ideal Early Years Educator:

 

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)

  • Experience working within an early years setting

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as an Early Years Educator.

  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
