Step Teachers are currently looking for an Early Years Specialist Teacher, to work a variety of day-to-day and short term opportunities in Plymouth and the surrounding area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about their career in education, but requires flexibility in their role. For this position, we are really looking for a Teacher with an Early Years Specialism specifically. However, a Teacher who is capable of working throughout KS1 would make for a superb candidate. • You should hold a relevant qualification in Primary Teaching, ideally with an Early Years Specialism
• The perfect candidate will be confident and professional, able to make an impression on both us and our client
• An understanding of the development and learning within a Reception class is expected
• An ability to organise, lead and manage a classroom effectively, including assigned support staff will be central to your role.
