A very enjoyable primary school in Plymouth has asked us to resource an infant school teacher to take up the role in January.  The position of an infant school teacher is on a supply basis and would be best suited to qualified teachers of Key Stage 1 who can demonstrate recent experience within a year 1 class.

The school is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted and the leadership team have developed successfully a culture of innovation and a love of teaching and learning. All staff have high ambitions for all their pupils.

To be suitable for the role you should:

• Hold a QTS qualification or PGCE certificate
• Be able to demonstrate experience of teaching and planning in all subjects in the primary curriculum
• Be passionate about providing the best possible support to pupils
• Understand and utilize current theory and practice in relation to learning and development
