Maths Instructor – Full-time, long-term temporary cover starting January 2026 and ongoing

Duties as Maths Instructor:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across all GCSE levels
- Provide one-to-one tuition tailored to individual learner needs
- Use pre-prepared resources and adapt them where necessary
- Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
- Support learners with exam preparation and confidence building
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and best practice
Ideal Maths Instructor:
- Experience teaching Maths at GCSE level is essential
- Ability to deliver one-to-one lessons effectively
- Strong subject knowledge and ability to inspire learners
- Excellent organisational and classroom management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
- Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
