We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Specialist to join a successful secondary school on an ongoing, long-term temporary basis, starting in November 2025.

Duties as a Physics Specialist:
Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess, track, and support student progress to ensure strong outcomes.
Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
Ideal Physics Specialist:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching Physics (KS3–KS4 required, KS5 desirable).
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills as a Physics Specialist.
Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
A proactive and professional approach.
