The role Physics Teacher is a temporary to permanent role and is advertised exclusively through Step Teachers. The role of Physics Teacher set to commence in September 2018.

The ideal candidate is;

  • A trained Physics teacher holding QTS or QTLS. Both NQTs and experienced teachers will be considered for the role.

  • As a qualified Physics teacher you will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with proven ability to understand and utilise current theory and practice in relation to learning and development.

At the heart of this ‘Outstanding’ School is the belief that all students can be successful if they show real effort and determination to do their best. The success of thousands of former and current students stands as testament to the sustained excellence, which has placed the school in the top 1% nationally for pupil progress for the last five years. Every member of the team at this School is expected to ‘go the extra mile’ and push themselves to the limits of performance and it is seen as a key indicator of the school’s continued progression that when teachers leave, it tends to be to take on leadership roles elsewhere.
