Secondary Teacher
Job description
We are seeking a committed and dynamic Secondary Teacher to join a school on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students in achieving their full potential. Beginning November 2025.
Duties as Secondary Teacher:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum.
Assess, record, and report on student progress.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
Contribute to departmental planning and school activities.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding at all times.
Ideal Secondary Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching at secondary school level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as a Secondary Teacher.
