Secondary Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a  supportive team on a permanent basis from November 2025.

Duties as a Secondary Teaching Assistant:

• Provide in-class support to teachers and pupils across KS3 and KS4.

• Assist with differentiated learning activities and small-group interventions.

• Support students with additional needs to help them reach their potential.

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.

Ideal Secondary Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with secondary-age students is desirable.

• Strong communication and organisational skills as a Secondary Teaching Assistant.

• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

• Relevant qualifications or training (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are an advantage.
