Supply English Teacher
Job description
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Supply English Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher who enjoys variety and is confident stepping into different classrooms. Beginning ASAP.
Duties as English Teacher:
Deliver pre-prepared English lessons that inspire and motivate students
Maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment
Mark work and provide constructive feedback when required
Uphold the school’s policies and safeguarding standards
Ideal English Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and a love of English literature and language
Ability to adapt quickly and manage classroom behaviour effectively
Recent experience teaching English at secondary level
