Step Teachers have been requested to source an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ primary school within Hackney to teach a year 5 class. The role is a long term contract, commencing in January 2020, which could progress to permanent opportunity within the school for the successful candidate.

This role exclusively requires a Qualified Teacher with experience within KS2 classes who can demonstrate the following attributes;

• Good classroom management and control, showing the potential for high-pupil engagement
• Understand and utilise current theory and practice in relation to learning and development
• Be excited about learning and really care about implementing an Outstanding learning provision for children and their families
• Be a reflective practitioner with good communication skills, able to embrace change and take on-board advice
